A Free Market is a Side Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to ???. A side quest focuses on adding and unlocking more details to the lore of the game, allowing you to better understand the environment of the game, as well as the various supporting elements in it. Side Quests are important as well since they can provide you with rewards such as EXP and loot.
Marshal Cullen lost contact with a logging camp in Deadrock Pass. The lumber is crucial for the fortification of the trenches and his business. Cullen sent people to look into it, but they never came back. The only way to find out what happened is to visit the logging camp.

A Free Market Walkthrough
- This quest can be activated after reaching Deadrock Pass and completing the Frequency Main Quest. Speak to Alastair Cullen at the Camp in Deadrock Pass and ask him "What's the problem with this logging camp?" to begin the quest.
- He wants you to check on his people who went missing after he sent them to the logging camps. Exit the Deadrock Pass Base to the Forestry Track and head down the rope to the left of the track to enter the Free Market area
- Clear the area of enemies and progress until an area objective appears. Retrieve the Key then open the door. Talk to the worker through the metal gates to initiate a cutscene.
- Return your findings to Marshall Cullen to complete the quest.
