Asylum is a Main Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to collect an old oil pump from an Outriders' truck. Main Quests focuses on the main campaign of the game, players are required to complete these in order to advance the game's plot and to unlock new and more features such as Locations, NPCs, Weapons, Armor, Enemies, Bosses, more Side Quests, and more.

With the truck wrecked and in need of a spare oil pump, you're stuck here. Luckily, you discovered this is the same area where you were struck by that storm on landing day. You recall the Outriders abandoned a truck during their escape from the mayhem.

Asylum Walkthrough

• Leave the camp to formally begin the quest. Your task is to fight your way through the forest and reach the old Outriders' truck to recover an oil pump.
• You will be fighting alien creatures here so use either Assault or Shotgun weapons here to take out multiple enemies as fast as possible. Once you're outside, simply follow the waypoint, clear all the enemies and clear out the path to reach the next section.
• Eventually, you will reach the old Outriders' truck that has the oil pump that you need, simply return to Jakub at the camp, ook for Channa at the Enclave, and rest at the hut to complete this quest.

Loot Chests

• Head under the bridge that leads to the second section of the forest where you fight against the Brood Mother.
• Upon entering the second section, check the edge of the cliffs, overlooking the waterfalls to find a loot chest.
• Check beside the large tree where the Brood Mother appears to find another chest.
• At the area where you fought against a crawler, head right from where you came in to find a chest.
• And check under the floating Outriders' truck to find a loot chest.
