Frequency is a Main Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to clear out the insurgents at the radio tower. Main Quests focuses on the main campaign of the game, players are required to complete these in order to advance the game's plot and to unlock new and more features such as Locations, NPCs, Weapons, Armor, Enemies, Bosses, more Side Quests, and more.

All that remains between you and that Radio Tower is the Insurgents' stronghold in the mountains. Clear the way and send the cable car to Zahedi, so he can cross and triangulate the signal.

Frequency Walkthrough

Clear out the Insurgents

• You'll be able to start this quest after completing Inferno. Back at the ECA camp, ride the cable car to reach the base of the Insurgents to formally begin the quest. Your task is to clear out the Insurgents at their base and the radio tower so that you can send the cable car to Zahedi.
• Upon arriving, plant an Outrider flag to unlock the fast travel point. Head to the bunkers and prepare yourself as you fight against the Insurgents. You'll be facing against some old foes such as the Breachers, Riflemen, and Cutthroats, as well as a new enemy called the Ironclad.
• Upon clearing the area, open the door and move on to the next section. Head uphill and kill all the insurgents around the area. The last enemy that you kill will drop the key that unlocks the door.
• Continue forward until you reach the encampment where more Insurgents are waiting for you. Remember to always take cover and utilize your skills as much as you can since the enemies here will keep pressuring you and try to flank you.
• Acquire the key from the last enemy again that you kill and open the door to reach the bunker. When you're at the bunker, grab a document item, kill the enemy reinforcements, clear the area, head to the bunker windows, open it, and kill the enemies that are on the other end. Clear the area again and head to the cable car to move on.
• When you arrive at the Radio Tower, your task is to clear out the Insurgents guarding the area so that you can send a cable car for Zahedi back at the camp. When you're ready, head to the mountaintop and prepare to fight. Be cautious here since you will be fighting multiple heavy-hitting enemies and some elites.
• Killing the last enemy here drops the key that unlocks the door leading to the Radio Tower. Head inside, go out the other end, unlock the fast-travel station, and send a cable car to Zahedi. A cutscene will then trigger and this also completes the quest. To progress the next quest, speak to Jakub to leave for Deadrock Pass.
