Hunter - Splittooth is a Hunter Quest in Outriders. This type of quest focuses on completing hunting down various alien creatures that pose a threat to human civilization. During your exploration, you will come across carcasses of alien creatures that are scattered around certain sections of a location. When you see one, inspect it and you will be able to unlock that quest. Wanted Quests are important just as important as any other Quests since they can provide you with rewards such as EXP and loot.

Hunter - Splittooth Walkthrough
- Unlock Hunter - Splittooth by defeating the Chrysaloid during the "Asylum" main quest.
- Fast travel to the Forest Enclave and proceed to the Collapsed Arch Pass. Locate and interact with the carcass to begin the hunt.
- Enter the Hunter - Splittooth Area, and clear the area of all Perforos and Alpha Perforos, until Splittooth appears out of the waterfall. Dodge sideways to avoid the lunge attacks from the Alpha Perforos.
- Stay near terrain with structures and maintain distance with the Splittooth. Avoid long range shots from Venomous Perforos, lunge attacks from Alpha Perforos and Spix', and dodge the Splittooth's Obliterating Beam and Frontal Sweep attacks. Continuously shoot at its head to win the battle.
- Loot the remains. Fast travel to Trench Town, deliver the trophy to Noah at the Saloon, and select your choice of gear from the rewards.
Hunter - Splittooth Notes & Tips

Whenever you notice Splittooth charging up its Obliterating Beam or preparing its Frontal Sweep attack, quickly dodge behind the nearest structure(if possible), as they can be negated by line of sight. Do not move out of the structure until the meter on top of Splittooth's HP has fully depleted, as the remaining beam can still damage you if you are exposed.
