Magnus Skarstedt is an NPC in the Outriders. NPCs are characters that can be interacted with or are shown in the game. NPCs are characters that add contrast to the game's lore where they provide information, some are categorized as quest givers, while others are categorized as Merchants whom you can trade with or request for certain services.
This valley remins of my parent's form. Yeah, I saw it all slide into the ocean, but those mountains... they were something once.
Magnus Skarstedt Information
A forward reconnaissance operative. Skarstedt typically takes front position on the Outriders' ventures into hostile and/or unknown territories.
Skarstedt was raised among the fjords of Norway, but managed to get one of the last ships out when the earthquakes turned that whole country into a wasteland. Raised in one refugee camp after another, Skarstedt would've been dead long ago if he hadn't found his way into Tanner's band of mercenaries, and learned to fight with the best of them. He's a survivor, having escaped more warzones and fallen cities than he cares to count. You even saved Skarstedt's skin a couple of times back on Earth, and he feels indebted to you for it. Now, one of the few to make it alive off Earth, Skarstedt is looking forward to finally relaxing and living a long lazy life.
