Mentor is a Main Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to track down Seth at the Wreckage Zone. Main Quests focuses on the main campaign of the game, players are required to complete these in order to advance the game's plot and to unlock new and more features such as Locations, NPCs, Weapons, Armor, Enemies, Bosses, more Side Quests, and more.
Corrigan is willing to grant you passage through the minefield, but only if you bring Seth to lead Corrigan's assault. Seth was recently seen entering the Wreckage Zone. If you fail, you will need to take his place in the assault. This is the only way to reach the forest in search for the signal's source.

Mentor Walkthrough
Clear the Wreckage Zone
- You'll automatically start this quest upon arriving at Trench Town. To start off, head to the keep of the Grand Marshall to speak to him. After the cutscene, head back to Jakub at the truck and speak to him to leave for the Wreckage Zone. Leaving for the Wreckage Zone also follows up with completing"The Outriders' Legacy" side quest.
- Upon arriving, follow the waypoint that leads to the ruins. Clear the area and pick up the key from the last enemy that you kill. Use the key to open the door that leads to the next section.
- In the second section, capture the point to unlock the fast-travel area and you'll also notice a picture of a wanted man posted on a wooden platform nearby. You can take it to activate a Bounty or Wanted Quest to take out the Bloody Baron who's also in the area.
- Continue towards the ruins and clear the area again before opening the gate that leads to the bunker. Be ready to clear out more enemies in the bunker before going back outside. You'll then need to clear the area again and kill all the enemies before continuing further. After you kill all of the Perforo alien creatures in the area, an elite enemy will spawn which is the Brood Mother.
- The Brood Mother is tougher than the Alpha Perforo, it will also spawn a couple of Perforo creatures to help take you down. Whenever it calls reinforcements, make sure to take them out first before shifting your attention towards the Brood Mother.
- Upon taking down the Brood Mother and the rest of the enemies, follow the waypoint and clear the rocks to continue to the next point of the location. A cutscene will then trigger where you'll find Seth who's now dead. After the cutscene, return to Jakub and travel back to Trench Town - this completes the quest.
Loot Chests
- Before reaching the first door, just by the steps, follow the path on the left to find a chest next to a hanging corpse.
- Also before the reaching the first door, by the steps, take the stairs on the right to find a dark room.
- Opposite to where the second chest is, you'll find a cave where another chest can be found.
- Upon entering the second section of the Ruins, head inside the destroyed building, the chest is next to the stairs.
- Inside the bunker, check behind the gate panel to find a chest.
- And finally, you can find a chest in the area where you fight the Brood Mother and Perforo alien creatures.
