Ravenous Locust is a Weapon Mod in Outriders. Ravenous Locust is a Tier 3 Weapon Mod. Weapon Mods alter the overall stats and add buffs, as well as effects to your weapon. Players cannot stack the same mod to double the effect or value, but instead, players can equip two different Mods with the same tier.

- Mod Effect: Shots create a swarm of locusts, dealing damage over 15 seconds and inflicting Weakness to enemies remaining within a 6-meter radius of the target. Cooldown of 2 seconds.
- New Horizon Update: Ravenous Locust has had its damage increased by 50% (From base DOT tick, per second, 4 to 6.66)
- New Horizon Update: Ravenous Locust has had its duration reduced by 4 seconds, down to 6 seconds (Previously 10 seconds)

In order to obtain a mod, players must dismantle a Weapon to acquire it. Rare Weapons usually hold Tier 1 Weapon Mods, Epic Items have Tier 1 and Tier 2 Weapon Mods, while Legendary Weapons have a combination of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Weapon Mods.
