Rigging The Game is a Side Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to help Mercer settle his debt with a gambler. A side quest focuses on adding and unlocking more details to the lore of the game, allowing you to better understand the environment of the game, as well as the various supporting elements in it. Side Quests are important as well since they can provide you with rewards such as EXP and loot.
Mercer, the vendor in the Forest Enclave, asked you to have a word with a gambler he owes money to. You can find the gambler in the Enclave.

Rigging The Game Walkthrough
- This quest can be activated during the Asylum Main Quest, after defeating the Chrysaloid. Speak to Mercer Acosta at the Enclave Camp in the Forest Enclave. He wants you to help him settle his debt with a gambler by taking his place in the game.
- Follow the quest marker to make your way to the gambler. Enter the hut to trigger a cutscene.
- Return to Mercer to complete the quest.
