Torrential Downpour's Footgear are Footgear in Outriders. Torrential Downpour's Footgear is part of the Torrential Downpour Set. Each set-piece yields various defensive stats such as Armor, Anomaly Power, Cooldown Reduction, Max Health, Damage Output, and many more.
