      the stats on this weapon are hilariously wrong... likely because the person who obtained it did so with cheat engine. at level 33 my roaring umbra has a firepower of 9540, the bonus stats are armor piercing, status power and close range damage (these three stats are likely randomized) and it comes with the kinetic stomp mod, seems the other one is random because it wasn't bleeding bullets. i obtained it during the last part of the outrider bunker mission (go figure, there's 5 chests sitting at the end.)
