Relics is a Main Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to help with setting up a receiver to retrace the signal. Main Quests focuses on the main campaign of the game, players are required to complete these in order to advance the game's plot and to unlock new and more features such as Locations, NPCs, Weapons, Armor, Enemies, Bosses, more Side Quests, and more.

 

Zahedi needs a receiver set up above the trees to try and retrace the signal. Tiago mentioned there is an ancient monument in the area, tall enough to breach the canopy.

Relics Walkthrough

Reach the Tower

  • This quest is automatically acquired when you speak to Jakub at the camp back at The Stronghold during the main quest, Judgment. You'll arrive at the Ancient Ruins within the forest where you will need to set up a receiver at the canopy to retrace the signal you are looking for.
  • Follow the waymarker and clear the ruins for the forces of Kang. After killing all of the enemies, clear the rubble to reach the next section. Proceed to the courtyard and take out the enemies in the area before clearing out the rocks.
  • Head towards the third section of the ruins and again, kill all of the aliens before climbing up the tower - a cutscene will trigger here.

Defeat Bailey

  • After the cutscene, you'll enter a boss battle against an Altered Bailey. The area you are in is quite small and you have no other choice but to fight her up-close for most of the time. Using your strongest Shotgun Weapon and Assault Weapons against her will do the trick as well as using Skills that can interrupt her attacks.
  • If you do need to take cover, you can use the two pillars here to avoid taking damage or if you need to take a breather. Take a look as well with the red zones and be ready to dodge since she will try to teleport aggressively towards you and release environmental hazards around her.
  • She will also release a line of spikes that's in a straight red zone. It can go through walls so the best way is to time your dodges when she releases them. Defeat her and speak to Jakub to complete this quest.
