Carnage is a Main Quest in Outriders. This quest tasks players to ???. Main Quests focuses on the main campaign of the game, players are required to complete these in order to advance the game's plot and to unlock new and more features such as Locations, NPCs, Weapons, Armor, Enemies, Bosses, more Side Quests, and more.

Carnage Walkthrough
- After selecting your Class, you'll have to fight your way through the trenches of the battlefield. This quest serves as another tutorial where you can test out the skills and abilities of your selected Class. Advance further and you'll encounter your first group of enemies. Your objective is to clear the trenches.
- Just nearby, you'll also find an ammo cache on the east side of the area which you can use to replenish your ammo. If you walk a bit further straight, go on high ground and you'll find a chest that contains a Rusty Bull & Eagle 73. Other items such as the Battered Boots and Vargant's Trousers drop from enemies as well.
- With the new rifle that you've acquired, you can snipe the enemies from afar. If you are playing as a Technomancer, killing them from long-range will benefit your character.
- Before you head through the trenches, there are ammo caches on the east and west side of the entrance. There's also a chest on high ground by the entrance of the trenches. You can find a Rusty Markson ZALT.
- Once you're in the trenches, you need to clear the area before proceeding further. You'll encounter two Cremator enemies here. They have high armor and they wield a flamethrower. The best way to take them out is to snipe them and shoot them on the head and then switch to an assault weapon once they chase you.
- There will be Breachers here as well, they drop an explosive device upon death, so be careful you're not within its proximity to avoid damage.
- If you do get hit by the flamethrower, your character will have the Burn status effect, if this happens, use a dodge roll to extinguish the flames.
- Once you've defeated all enemies, you'll be able to unlock the second skill of your chosen class. Continue forward and a cutscene will trigger - this ends the Carnage quest.
